one of about 200 candidates that Ogudu Senior Grammar School, Ogudu,

Governor Okorocha of Imo state to cancel scholarships of indecently dressed students
Gov. Rochas Okorocha of Imo on Friday
said he would withdraw the scholarship from any student of Imo origin in
tertiary institutions reported by the school authority to be indecently
dressed.
The governor gave the warning in Owerri while addressing members of the newly appointed Government Liaison Officers.

Gov. Babangida Aliyu of Niger has
dissuaded the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) from
making the killing of two students of Nasarawa State University
to degenerate into national problem.
Aliyu gave the advice on
Friday in Minna when he met with the NANS’ Director of Exchange
Programmes, Mr Olusina Oyebisi, who presented a document to him on the
