to be happy. Happiness must be an achievement rather than a gift.Eat a
lunch that makes you smile, put on music that brings back happy memories
or call a friend who makes you feel good.
Thursday
Find a
solution. There is a solution for every problem it you look hard enough.
Find the time in your day when your most creative and thinking clearly
to find the solutions. We are all different so find the time that works
for you.
Friday
Be grateful.
We tend to forget the simple things. Take pleasure in all the little
things, take the time to write them down. Start with the basics, your
health, family, shelter. Then move to more specific items. If you start a
gratitude journal this will help you to focus on all the good things in
your life.
Saturday
Turn negative
talk into optimism. Real optimism includes and active search for and to
focus on the positive, but is grounded in realism.
Sunday
Keep focused.
Plan your week around what i s going on to make you feel positive. HAve a
short term, mid term and a long term goal to improve your life which
will see you more focused on a better life. If you know what you want
and deal with any issues that come your way you will have a more
positive frame of mind. -
