state government, including its agents, servants or privies from
evicting the educational institution staff from the property.
Which is currently pending the hearing and determination of the substantive suit.
Meanwhile, hearing in the suit had been fixed for March 5, 2013.
The university of benin is contending in the suit, that since its
inception in 1970 as Mid-West Institute of Technology, the academic
institution started as the property of the defunct Mid-West State
Government, which had metamorphosed from Bendel to Edo and Delta states.
